How long does it last the grey whale watching ecounter Tour?
**ANSWER.-Normally (7) hours but usually we may extend 20 minutes to a hlaf hour, it all depends on highway traffic.
What type of boat do you offer for this tour?
**ANSWER.-We usually offer the typical local fishermen's boat so called "Pangas" with cushioned seats and all the basic safety equipment for you and your family or visitors.
Does the boat have a toilet on board?
**ANSWER.- Unfortunately not if is a "Panga" type boat. We have a chance before departure to do a "baños" WC stop prior the boat tour.
Do you customize your tours?
**ANSWER.-Yes, it all depends on the number and size of the group ( private or family tours) as well as the food and beverages requirements. We may adapt to your needs and provide you with a free quote under no obligation.
Do I need to pay the entrance fee of the harbor acces before we embarking
and where do I purchase it?
**ANSWER.-No, it is an all inclusive package . Extra only for gatuities and souvenir shopping time .
Do you provide food & beverages in this tour ?
**ANSWER.- Yes, We offer a set menu that includes breaded fish, shrimp salad and rice. However you can order additional or add other entrees or extras at an additional cost. We also have available a vegetarian or non seafood menu upon request.
Does this tour include transportation?
**ANSWER.- Yes air-conditioned van or caravans depending on the size of groups .
Are the captains or crew bilingual ?
**ANSWER.-The captains or boat crew are locals, however you will be accompanied by a guide who will provide you with hospitality and translation during the course of your excursion.
Do the vessels have lifeguards on board?
**ANSWER.-Yes, this is part of the local and Mexican naval regulations.

How much is it customary to tip the crew or captains?
**ANSWER.-We greatly appreciate your willingness to compensate those who provide the tours. What is customary would generally be 10 to 15% of the cost of the activity or excursion either per person or for the total amount. Please note that although knowing gratuities are not included in the service with the purchase of the tour or excursion, the tip is an extra generosity - it is not mandatory.

**ANSWER.-In the port of Lopez Mateos we do have an open area where snacks and drinks are sold as well as places to buy souvenirs. We usually offer some time after the tour to do some shopping..
